Book Drive

Through the Book Drive Project PYP distributes used books gathered from donors to both primary and secondary schools students for free

The aim is to create and strengthen easy accessibility to quality reading materials which will in turn help improve literacy level and vocabulary, spread knowledge, appreciate literacy skills and abilities in our society. Also, this project is meant for facilitating recycling mindset and to also teach the act of giving, as they do not have to throw away materials they do not need or handle them roughly but to take care of them so they can give it out to those in need of them .

Our plan is to target open days and PTA meetings in these schools just before the mid-term breaks. We would drive between selected schools and set up a stand at different time slots which would have been advertised
